If you are not completely satisfied with the items that you have received, please follow these simple steps:

Please return the product(s) within 7 days of receipt. The items must be intact and unused if you want to return them.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us by using the return form. We will only be able to handle your return when we have received your request. If the item delivered was different from the one you ordered or not the right size, write the appropriate product name or size in the extra info section of the form.

Please enclose a copy of the Delivery Note that came with the item. And be sure that you get a receipt from the carrier who is returning the item to us. If you are eligible for a refund of the return costs we will contact you automatically.

Send your product back in the original Amsterdam Sports and Fashion Company BV packaging, e.g. box or envelope. Please be sure that you secure the box or envelope so that the package will not open or become damaged en route to us.

Always return your package postage-paid.
